About Paintworx Mobile

Paintworx Mobile is a independent local business providing quality vehicle SMART and body repairs across Dorset to both trade and public. Run by Simon with over 10 years experience in both automotive and marine refinishing, I started my career as an apprentice in a Volkswagen approved bodyshop, then progressed onto painting lifeboats and working in various local bodyshop's. My aim it to provide a high quality, convenient, yet reasonably priced service.  

Using high quality products, I ensure you get the same bodyshop quality but at the convenience of your home or work address. I have a full water based mixing scheme onboard, meaning I can colour match your car just as any bodyshop would. I also use high quality clear coats and primers allowing me to give every job I do a 2 year guarantee . Most repairs can be completed within 4-5hours. This means you won't lose your car to a bodyshop for days on end, no need to worry about driving an unfamiliar courtesy car or making other travel arrangement's.

How it works:

Simply send me a few photos (or a video) of your damage. A couple close ups and a couple far enough away that I can see the exactly where the damage is on the car. These photos can be sent via Whatsapp, Email or Facebook/Instagram. If you are happy with my quote I will book you in at a time and place convenient for you. I will send you a message or give you a quick call 24 hours before to confirm I'll be attending the following day. Once I arrive all I need is access to electric. I will also require a working area of around 6X6 meters, enough room to erect my 3X3 meter gazebo over your car and  park my van next to your car.
